FIA dirty, period!
As a result of new evidence in the form of a homemade video posted on YouTube, it became clear Hamilton was as much to blame for the accident involving Vettel and Webber in Japan as was Vettel.
The right thing to do would have been to penalize Hamilton in the same way the stewards penalize Vettel. This would be an example of applying the rules of the sport to every driver, equally and fairly. But, instead of penalizing Hamilton, the stewards decided to take back Vettel's penalty and replace it with an insignificant reprimand.
In other words, because the stewards and the FIA does not want to penalize Hamilton in any way, shape or form, removing Vettel's penalty means that in the eyes of the stewards, Hamilton and Vettel have been dealt with equally.
The bullshit in all this is that if it were any other driver, Vettel would not have had his penalty replaced. In fact, if it was Hamilton hit by Vettel and someone else besides Vettel would have been found to be responsible for the accident, both Vettel and the other driver would have been crucified!
This is yet again, another example of how corrupt and dirty the stewards and the FIA have become, and a reminder that this season, from the get go was completely set up for Hamilton to win.
