Dennis blames internet, but Alonso disagrees
"I have said so often, the Internet has been the bane of our lives. This is an uncontrolled, unedited, source of information that is fed into the media.
"Of course, I am not critical at all of the media. It just makes it so hard because everything is so instantaneous. You are just spending too much time trying to correct the inaccuracies that come into the system. That puts pressures on the team.
What does it say about Dennis' character that instead of accepting defeat graciously, he focuses blame on everyone, and everything except the true cause of his failures, and those truly responsible for his failures?
If Ron Dennis really wants to know who he should blame for his obviously failures, he should speak to his own driver and 2-tome champ, Fernando Alonso:
"They (McLaren) made a sequence of mistaken decisions in the second part of the season. It is difficult to hide that they haven't helped me much," said Alonso.
"It wasn't a very well organised season from the point of view of the management."
"There was no sensation of being a team and the result speaks for itself. If we had taken a different approach we would have obtained different results."
"In the last few races my hands and feet were tied. I had no power to make decisions. I had to race as they told me."
