Hamilton disagrees with McLaren and Dennis

While Hamilton was sleeping-in at his Brazilian hotel Monday morning, Alonso was telling reporters how embarrassed he would be for the team and the sport if the FIA were to reverse the decision made by the stewards on Sunday regarding the fuel temperature of the BMW's and Sauber's, which could gift the championship to Hamilton.

"If Hamilton wins by the appeal I will hide my head in shame, it would be a lack of respect,” he told Spain’s Cadena Ser radio station.

"Whoever gets the most points is the rightful champion. It would sink the sport if they won the title this way."

Well, Hamilton finally woke up and had this to say:

"It would be wrong," said the 22-year-old. "For me, I want to win it on the track. You want to do it in style, you want to win the race, you want to win battling it out for the lead or something in the race."

"It would feel weird after Kimi did such a fantastic job in the last two races. He won yesterday and to have it taken away is a bit cruel and probably not good for the sport."

I think that is one of the few times Hamilton and Alonso totally agreed on something, and at the same time, totally disagreed with Ron Dennis and McLaren.
