Ferrari win 9, Renault 8, Honda 1 and McLaren none
But, when Ferrari finally got its act together, they were virtually unstoppable.
Renault won 8 races this season and 7 of those came during the first half of the season when Ferrari had problems. The lone win in the second half came in Japan when Alonso inherited the win after Schumi's engine blew.
On the other hand, Ferrari won twice in the first half of the season and seven times more in the second half giving them the highest total of any team with 9 victories this season.
Honda - and not McLaren - was the only other team to win a race when Jenson Button won his first career grand prix in Hungary.
For Mclaren, 2006 will go down as the first season since 1996 where they did not win a single race.
As a result, Ferrari adds to it's lead in all-time wins:
Ferrari have won 25.36% of all races.
